What We Expect

- A few years of work experience in payroll, including understanding labor legislation and collective agreements, and working with external financial management services.
- An understanding of advance collection, taxation, and the impact of international situations on salary administration is considered an advantage.
- Experience with different financial administration and payroll administration programs, e.g., Mepco or another similar payroll program. Experience as a Mepco main user is considered to be advantageous.
