Project Coordinator

Academic Work Finland Oy is seeking a Project Coordinator with a strong background in project management and fluent communication skills in Portuguese. This role involves coordinating international projects, communicating with customers, and ensuring the successful completion of tasks. The position offers a competitive hourly wage based on Finnish collective agreements and is available for a six-month contract starting as soon as possible. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, professional fluency in Portuguese, and experience in project management, purchasing, or similar ERP-based processes. Availability for travel to South America is required, and experience with SAP is preferred.

What We Offer

• Salary: based on your training and experience, around €3500 - €4500/month.
• Start: as soon as possible.
• Duration: 6 months.
• Working hours: full time.
• Location: flexible in Finland. The role can largely be performed remotely, although occasional presence in Turku is required.
• Travel: the position includes occasional international business trips, mainly to South America.

Responsibilities

• Work with ERP systems, namely SAP.
