Culture Director

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Culture Director at Turun kaupunki, where cultural vitality is a cornerstone of our city's identity. This role requires strong leadership in regional and national cooperation, as well as managing large cultural entities. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, presentation abilities, and language proficiency, particularly Finnish. A higher university degree and a health report are required for the position, with additional security clearance available upon request. The Culture Director's responsibilities include overseeing the development of cultural services across various sectors and fostering collaboration within the free art scene. With an average salary of €7,939.
