Facility manager

Riveria, a leading provider of vocational training and liberal arts, is seeking a dedicated Facility Manager for its Nurmes campuses, effective January 4, 2027. This full-time position involves overseeing the management of facilities, including planning and recording work, cleaning various spaces, and maintaining equipment. The salary of 2437,98 €/kk, plus an additional salary based on experience, is offered. The role requires a minimum of a second-level vocational education and proficiency in Finnish. The facility manager will be responsible for inventory management, customer contact, and monitoring of cleaning services. A B-class driving license is preferred. The mission is on a six-month trial basis, and the candidate must present an acceptable medical certificate and a criminal record.
