Head of property management

We are looking for a property manager with at least three years of experience in senior management positions as a property manager or equivalent staff, to join our team at a family vacation location in Tuusula. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills while supporting the municipality's well-being and sustainability. A background in managing public buildings and knowledge of collective agreements and technical systems in buildings are highly valued. The successful candidate will have a driving licence and be able to use their own car for daily work. They should be proficient in using MS Office software and be able to manage an electronic service book. The remuneration is based on Finnish collective agreements and the role requires a willingness to act as a back-up.
