Maintenance Master

Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy is seeking a Maintenance Master to join their property maintenance team. This temporary position, starting on September 21, 2026, and ending on March 31, 2027, offers competitive hourly wages based on Finnish collective agreements. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in similar tasks and management of property maintenance machines, possess a positive attitude and good work motivation, and be self-motivated to take responsibility for their area. The role involves ensuring the usability, safety, and cleanliness of property areas, including snow plowing, sandblasting, and leaf removal. Previous education in real estate and technical know-how in property maintenance is highly valued.
