This position offers a permanent role with a competitive salary ranging from €3,500 to €4,000 per month, including benefits such as telephone and lunch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, be familiar with property maintenance, and possess basic welding skills. The role involves general building maintenance, yard care, and small-scale project coordination, with the ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
