Mechanical Outdoor Worker

We are looking for an active and sunny team of Mechanical Outdoor Workers for a permanent employment with varying hours of part-time work in Oulu. For us, it's attitude and professionalism that count, and we provide a good service to our ever-expanding customer base. In Oulu, you and your team are responsible for the property management of the outdoor areas of our clients' properties, including the mechanical maintenance of the outdoor areas and other outdoor maintenance work. We believe in co-creation and continuous improvement, we support the training of our staff, and your expertise is our company's expertise. We offer permanent employment and remuneration at least in accordance with the collective agreement in the real estate sector, with hourly pay determined by skills and experience.
