Outdoor Area Manager

SOL Kiinteistöpalvelut Oy is looking for an Outdoor Area Manager in Oulu. This part-time position requires active and sunny workers who bring professionalism and good service attitude. The manager will be responsible for managing customers' real estate, performing mechanical maintenance, and other outdoor maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should have similar work experience or other relevant skills. The working language is Finnish, and driving licenses are required. The salary is at least in accordance with a collective agreement in the real estate sector, determined by skills and experience. The company offers permanent employment, training, and the possibility of extending responsibilities. The position starts on December 1, 2026.
