Property Maintenance Specialist

Luotea is seeking a Property Maintenance Specialist for a temporary position in Lappeenranta, Finland. This part-time role offers competitive hourly wages based on Finnish collective agreements and includes duties such as property safety, cleanliness, and comfort. Previous experience in property maintenance tasks or training in the field is an advantage, as well as a valid work safety card and fluency in Finnish. The position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to use a car. Applicants should have a valid Tieturva 1 card. The company offers comprehensive benefits, including occupational health care support and sick leave for medicines, glasses, and doctor's visits. For full-time workers, they also offer wider services and a nurse's sick reception.

• Salary: Real Estate Services TES pl 2-4 (€12.59 - €13.88) + possible supplements.

Responsibilities

• Taking care of the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of customers' properties and outdoor areas.
• Hand and machine snow work and sandblasting, especially during the winter season.
• Cleaning the outside areas, such as collecting garbage and emptying garbage containers, and taking care of flagging on flagging days.
• Interior work of properties, such as maintenance, repair, and service work.
