Property Manager

We are looking for a property manager with experience in multi-storey buildings and commercial spaces. This role involves handling maintenance and repairs, including water, heating, and air conditioning. The ideal candidate is responsible, versatile, and able to work independently. Previous experience in similar tasks and maintenance and installation work is preferred. Competitive hourly wages based on Finnish collective agreements are offered. The job starts as per the contract, but applicants are encouraged to apply immediately. A category B driving licence, independent work experience, and fluent Finnish are required. The company offers a salary based on TES or above, great staff, and a contact person for employment matters.
