Property Manager

We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated, and resourceful property manager to join our team at Kiinteistönhoito Pentti Lakaniemi Oy, Nurmijärvi. This role involves managing interior maintenance, including minor repairs, water equipment maintenance, consumption reporting, filter replacements, and other normal building maintenance. You will also be expected to contribute to outdoor area maintenance, with a focus on building upkeep. Fluent in Finnish, a valid B driving license, a bachelor's degree in property management or equivalent experience, and the ability to join the emergency service are essential.
