Real Estate Manager

We are looking for a versatile and responsible real estate manager in Kajaani, Finland. This position involves maintaining and repairing real estate, including water, heating, air conditioning, and locks. Tasks also include small-scale renovations and emergency services. The ideal candidate is a handyman with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Previous experience with similar or different maintenance and installation tasks is preferred. The role offers a competitive hourly wage based on Finnish collective agreements and a great team environment. Interested candidates should have a valid B or higher driving license, be self-motivated, and have good Finnish language skills.
