Technical property manager, commercial real estate

We are looking for a technical property manager with a background in property management to join our team in Turku. This role involves managing commercial properties, including maintenance and repair of technical systems such as air-conditioning, heating, and cooling equipment. Shifts are from 7:00 to 3:00 on weekdays, with a start time of 1:00. A category B driving license is required, and occupational safety and fire cards are considered advantages.
