Project Manager

Rock Camp ry is seeking a Project Manager for Southeast Finland to lead the "Music for well-being in Southeastern Finland" project. This role involves implementing comprehensive projects from August 1, 2026, to August 31, 2028, focusing on increasing young people's well-being and community engagement through music activities. Key responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, coordination, reporting, and managing daily operations. The ideal candidate has strong experience in band activities, active musicianship, and extensive networks within the music industry. They should be able to inspire and support young people from diverse backgrounds while working closely with municipal youth services and local operators.

• Experience in guiding, coaching or youth work with young people and a genuine desire to support young people's growth through music.

• Experience of supervisor, team leader or other responsible positions and the ability to lead people encouragingly and inclusively.

Responsibilities

• Full implementation of the project in accordance with the project plan.
• Scheduling, monitoring and practical coordination of the project.
• Reporting and documenting the project to the financier and stakeholders.

• Organizing artist clinics, music workshops, weekend camps, summer camps and concerts.
