This role involves assisting and guiding residents in daily life tasks, creating RAI assessment and service implementation plans with them, and participating in activities such as shopping and excursions. The position offers full-time hours with 3-shifts including a night shift, starting from the agreement date. What We Expect

- Bachelor's degree in social and health care (nurse).
- Vaccination protection referred to in Section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act to protect customers and patients for the entire duration of the employment relationship.
- Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment.
- Fluent Finnish language skills.
- Criminal record extract for employment lasting more than three months (when working with minors, the elderly and the disabled).
- Social security professional card, i.e. Certificate card.
