Chef

We are looking for an experienced and professional chef to join our team in Tampere, responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant kitchen and the quality of the food prepared. Key duties include preparation of buffet lunches, managing the daily operation of the kitchen, handling and pre-preparation of raw materials, ensuring hygiene and safety, managing losses and costs, and participating in menu design and business development. Requirements include several years of chef experience, solution centres and responsible work, ability to work independently and as part of a team, good organisational and interaction skills, and fluency in Finnish.
