Head of department (Director)

We are looking for a Head of department (Director) for Lapuan tuomiokirkkoseurakunta, Lapua. The service manager will be responsible for the kitchen and cleaning staff, scheduling work shifts, placing orders, and preparing procurement for the work area. They will be responsible for budgeting, self-monitoring, and ensuring food safety. The ideal candidate has experience in front-line work, kitchen and cleaning services, and development. They must be fluent in both internal and external clients, have good IT skills, and a relevant university degree. The post will be filled from 1.2.2027 and subject to a 6-month probationary period. We offer comprehensive occupational health services, a sports and cultural allowance, and comfortable co-workers.
