Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a kitchen manager at HOK-Elanto, a Finnish company known for its commitment to ordinary work. This role is available in Helsinki and elsewhere, offering a permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from €3,800 to €4,500 per month, including a performance bonus. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large kitchens and teams, a practical and inspiring approach to management, and a deep understanding of Italian cuisine and its importance in the kitchen. The role involves leading kitchen operations, developing food products, ensuring quality and profitability, and maintaining a positive customer experience across multiple La Famiglia restaurants.

Responsibilities

This opportunity is for motivated, responsible individuals eager to learn and thrive in a team-oriented environment, who possess the qualities mentioned below:

• Lead the kitchen teams of both La Famiglia restaurants, develop the food product, and ensure that every portion offers the customer an authentic Italian experience.
• Manage the kitchen's quality, profitability, self-monitoring, and efficient food production.
• Develop the food product together with the team, ensuring that La Famiglia's Italian identity is reflected on the plate every day.
• Take care of raw material procurement, inventory management, and that the customer experience is of the same quality in all La Famiglia restaurants.
