Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and experienced kitchen manager to join Ståhlberg Kahvilat Oy, a new restaurant set to open in Linnainmaa in October 2026. As a kitchen manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen, ensuring quality in food preparation and presentation, and managing personnel, purchasing, and menus. You will work closely with the restaurant manager and kitchen shift manager to develop clear operating methods and a strong team culture. The restaurant will operate on a day shift basis, with occasional evening shifts depending on operational needs. We offer permanent and full-time employment, a competitive hourly wage based on Finnish collective agreements, and the opportunity to influence the kitchen's operations from the start.
