Restaurant Manager and Chef

We are looking for a chef and a restaurant manager to build a new Antell restaurant at the Vikby service center on Black Island. As part of Sodexo, you'll have the opportunity to influence the way a restaurant operates, the workplace, and the customer experience, making your mark on the success of a new restaurant. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary to be determined according to contract and start of work in January 2027. You'll be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and building a team from the ground up. • Proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage.
• Occupational safety card is considered an advantage, if necessary it can be obtained at the beginning of the employment relationship.
• Hygiene and medical passport and driving licence.

• Inspire, challenge and motivate your team to achieve common goals.
• Ensure that the operations are in line with occupational safety guidelines, the customer contract, the company's operating guidelines and laws and regulations.
