Sushi Chef

Asean Bistro Oy, based in Lohja, Helsinki, is seeking a Sushi Chef to join their team. This position requires at least one year of experience in a sushi restaurant, with proficiency in preparing nigiri and maki by hand (not machine) and cutting fish. The ideal candidate should be skilled in fusion A la carte sushi, fish preparation, and cooking wok dishes and A la carte Asian food. They must adhere to hygiene standards, menu specifications, and company food standards. Flexible working hours are essential, and a full-time job will be arranged if the candidate excels. A hygiene passport and a valid work permit are mandatory. The company specializes in Fusion Japanese cuisine, including a la carte sushi and Asian food.
