As an assistant manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant, including managing staff, planning shifts, and overseeing the wine and beverage supply. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in senior management positions. You must have initiative, the ability to lead operational activities, and a passion for the restaurant industry and customer service. The work is primarily done in the evenings and weekends, with lunch shifts during the peak season from April to December.
