Doctor in Charge

As the Doctor in Charge at Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialue, you will lead the unit's doctors and ensure smooth operations across the Pirkanmaa welfare area. Working closely with the nursing supervisor and other operators, you will contribute to the development and management of the Kaukajärvi local station, which operates in close cooperation with the Hervanta social and health station. This position offers a versatile task field, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work community. Fluent Finnish language skills and previous experience in front-line and administrative work are required. The position has a six-month probationary period and is full-time, with a starting salary of 7,874.79 €/kk.
