Family Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated Family Nurse to join our team at Liljedahl Housing Services in Raasepori, Uusimaa. As a Family Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to elderly residents with multiple illnesses, ensuring their well-being and dignity. Your role includes assessing clients' needs, implementing medical treatments, and maintaining treatment plans. You will also participate in palliative and hospice care, ensuring continuity of care. With a LOVE drug treatment license or the ability to obtain it within the first 3 weeks, you will work closely with clients, relatives, and staff, promoting independence and decision-making. This position offers a permanent contract, full-time work, and a competitive salary.

• Participate in the guidance of students.
