General practitioners for short-term and hybrid work in the North-East

We are looking for doctors in the Northeastern region for short-term and hybrid work in various communities. Available at the reception, in the ward, and in the services for the elderly, starting work as soon as possible and no later than 17. It's the 11th. Starting in 2026. The duration of the sessions is 4 to 6 weeks, but can be adjusted according to the doctor's wishes. The job is part-time, 2 hours per week, working on Thursdays and Fridays. Medical services at the reception, the SOTE station in Haapajärvi and the SOTE centre in Nivala, with flexible working hours of 4h. The work description includes urgent and urgent doctor's appointments, medical workforce rotation, admission of new patients, and making final statements.

Responsibilities

• Medical services at the reception, the SOTE station in Haapajärvi and the SOTE centre in Nivala, both with flexible working hours of 4h.
• Medical contribution to services for the elderly, home care and residential units, Nivala/Haapajärvi/Kärsämäki and Pyhäjärvi + Reisjärvi. There is a need for two full-time doctors and one part-time (50% working time). Full-time work weekdays from 08.00 to 16.00 The work can be done on a hybrid model, 60% of remote work is done in a week. The job can be arranged in six weeks.
• Working as a personal physician in the elderly services, including remote consultations and round-the-clock visits. Close rounds involve making predictive treatment plans based on the Pohte model.
