Silva Parent Houses is home to 15 adults with developmental disabilities who are supported by our staff in all aspects of life and housing. Silva is located near the Matinkylä metro station and the Big Apple shopping centre in an unobstructed area where each customer has his own apartment. There are also large common areas and a kitchen for everyone.

What We Expect

The qualities, work ethics, and standards we expect to maintain a productive and respectful workplace are listed below:

• Qualification as a nurse and Terhikki-registration of the Licensing and Supervision Agency.
• Professional card for social and health care (Kanta-sertikortti) OR the ability to acquire a card during the probationary period.
• Knowledge of nursing work and a positive attitude towards development.
• The ability to work in three shifts.
• Good Finnish language skills that you need to register and meet clients.
• Vaccination protection under Section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act.
