Nurse Leader

Attendo Oy is seeking a Nurse Leader for their Joroinen nursing home, offering 24-hour care to older people. This role involves implementing quality nursing practices, leading a multi-professional team, and providing professional support to close carers. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree, be vaccinated, have a hygiene passport or readiness to obtain one within three months, and possess smooth Finnish language skills. What We Expect

• Bachelor's degree.
• Vaccination protection for the entire duration of the employment relationship as referred to in Section 48 of the Disease Act.
• Hygiene passport or readiness to perform it within three months of the employment relationship.
• Smooth Finnish knowledge, at least B1.1 oral and written.
• Criminal record check at start of employment.
• Sote Professional Card or Certificate Card.
