• Good oral and written knowledge of Finnish and Swedish, or a good oral and written knowledge of Finnish and Swedish with satisfactory knowledge of the other language.
• Vaccination protection in accordance with the Infectious Diseases Act for those who work in customer and outpatient settings, and a health check for pulmonary tuberculosis for those who work in health care facilities.

• Carrying out care work by appointment at the reception desk. Work consists of patient guidance and counselling, ensuring continuity of care and guidance and organization of medication.

• Assistance with small measures.
