We are looking for a dedicated nurse to join our Silverback service housing unit in Kemiönsaari, Kemiön Island. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with nurses, paramedics, home nurses, nursing staff, and an institutional carer. As a nurse, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating client care, as well as leading the care of the unit's nurses, nursing assistants, and nursing staff. You will work closely with doctors to ensure the smooth execution of medical treatments and prescriptions. Your role will also include maintaining the smooth operation of multi-professional collaboration and liaising with family members and other collaborators.
