Nursing Assistant

Attendo Oy is seeking Nursing Assistants to join their team at the nursing home located in Kuopio, Finland. This role offers flexible work hours and competitive hourly wages based on Finnish collective agreements. The ideal candidate must have a nursing degree or equivalent training, be vaccinated against infectious diseases, hold a criminal record extract for three months, and possess excellent fluency in Finnish. Responsibilities include providing basic nursing care to residents while promoting meaningful daily activities. Attendo offers ongoing support from supervisors and a professional environment that values employee development. The position is available on a 2- or 3-shift basis with the ability to negotiate start times.

What We Expect

The qualities, work ethics, and standards we expect to maintain a productive and respectful workplace are listed below:

• Social and health studies (e.g. Nursing or care assistant degree or student).
• Infectious Diseases Act section 48 vaccination cover to protect customers and patients for the entire duration of the employment relationship.
• Criminal record extract for more than three months of employment.
• Fluent Finnish language skills, at least level B1.1.
