Nursing Supervisor

Rinnekodit Oy, located in Espoo, seeks a dedicated Nursing Supervisor for their small group home in Viikari. This permanent position offers competitive hourly wages based on Finnish collective agreements and focuses on supporting comprehensive well-being through a family-oriented work culture. The ideal candidate should have a nursing degree, Suosikki registration from the Licensing and Supervision Agency, or readiness to acquire a card during the trial period, as well as knowledge of medical treatment by completing a permit within four months of employment. The role involves working with a multi-professional team, supporting children and young people in daily activities, planning services, and closely collaborating with their families and communities.
