We are looking for a team leader for the new oral health unit in Tampere, Mehiläinen, where you will ensure high-quality work and contribute to the unit's strategic objectives. As a team leader, you'll manage personnel, monitor quality and finances, and coordinate activities with the head dentist and nurse. You must be trained as an oral hygienist or dentist, possess senior role interest, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The role also includes clinical work.
