Team Leader

Attendo Kuukkeli is seeking a compassionate and driven Team Leader to join their dedicated team in Salla. As a Nurse, you will provide daily care and maintenance for residents while ensuring they lead meaningful lives. Your role includes medication management, self-care support, collaboration with stakeholders, and participating in care meetings. With a positive attitude and strong communication skills, you'll work closely with the home manager to build a supportive environment that enhances the quality of life for our elderly residents. This full-time position offers competitive hourly wages based on Finnish collective agreements and comprehensive benefits including free coffee/tea, meal allowances, employee training opportunities, and an employee benefits program.

• Infectious Diseases Act Section 48 vaccination cover to protect customers and patients for the entire duration of the employment relationship.
• Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment.
• Criminal record extract for employment lasting more than three months (when working with minors, the elderly and the disabled).
• Sote professional card, i.e. Certificate card.
