Team Manager Nurse

We are looking for a skilled and experienced team manager-nurse at Esperi Hoivakoti Pietari in Turku, Finland. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of €2723.92-2969.00/month (salary category G23D) with additional bonuses for task-specific and unit-specific roles. The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, experience caring for elderly residents, excellent organizational skills, valid medical licenses, hygiene passport, and vaccination coverage, as well as fluently spoken Finnish. This role combines nursing work, resident-oriented care, and everyday organization to provide high-quality rehabilitation treatment and care in St. Petersburg.
