Shift Manager

We are looking for a Shift Manager at Cafe Elo, a cozy lunch and café restaurant in Helsinki. This versatile role combines customer service, event coordination, team support, and operational development. The shift manager will contribute to the daily life of the café and enhance the customer experience. Permanent and full-time employment is offered, with shifts typically between 7:00 and 7:00. The role offers a diverse and responsible foreman position, opportunities to influence operations, and a working community that values cooperation and good work. The café serves breakfast, lunch, and a variety of events, catering services, and social and marketing activities. Hygiene and liquor passes are required.
