The City of Virtain is seeking a skilled, collaborative, and solution-oriented HR professional to serve as the Chief of Staff for the period from 1.11.2026 to 30.9.2027. This role involves managing the human resources of the city, including planning, coordination, and problem-solving, as well as supporting city leaders in human resources management. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing personnel policies, organizational procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of around 300 employees. They will also act as a rapporteur for the Human Resources Department and the city's occupational safety and health department, and prepare cooperation committee proceedings.

  • Preparation of personnel decisions, guidelines, and preparation documents.
