CNC Machinist Programmer

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator and Programmer for our team at Henkilöstövuokrausyhtiö Kipinä Oy in Tampere, Finland. This role involves programming skills with Fanuc-controlled 3-4 axes milling machines, capable of independent programming using CAM Master/Gibbs software. The ideal candidate should be able to work with tool selection settings and program sizes ranging from 100 to 1000mm/50g to 1 ton. Shift work is included, and the position offers accommodation in a company apartment (own room in a shared apartment block – rent from €220/month) along with long-term employment contracts and wage rates plus supplements according to Finnish law at €16–16.50/h (skills-based). We provide assistance with registration and official matters in English, Polish, Bulgarian, or Romanian.
