Hr With You Oy is seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to join their growing team in Helsinki. This innovative position involves shaping a new AI-assisted software product with international growth potential. The role offers the chance to influence architecture, technology choices, and development processes while building a producible, secure, and scalable service. Key responsibilities include technical design, software development, and implementation of AI functionalities, REST APIs, modern web technologies, cloud environments, and performance optimization. Fluent English is required, with additional value in knowledge of the Finnish language. The position offers salary ranging from 3500-5000 €/month and permanent employment.

What We Expect
