This permanent position involves designing and maintaining telecommunications and OT networks for energy and automation environments, supporting business activities across departments, and collaborating with experts in information management. What We Expect

• Strong experience in telecommunications networks and their design in industrial, energy and automation environments.
• Understanding of power engineering, power stations and related automation systems.
• Expertise in developing, deploying and maintaining a cloud-based monitoring solution.
• A comprehensive understanding of OT network architecture and information security from the hardware level to the DMZ interface.
• Knowledge of data transmission and communication protocols used in energy and automation environments (e.g. TCP/IP, IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850, OPC UA and Modbus TCP).
• Experience with firewall, VPN and remote connection solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design of telecommunications and OT networks in energy and automation environments (e.g. Design of signal lists, telecommunications diagrams, network topologies and terminal solutions), definition and development.
• Design of IP, LAN, VPN and firewall solutions for projects and consideration of information security, reliability and maintainability.
• Supporting the design and implementation of control, remote and cloud solutions, taking into account security and operational reliability requirements.
• Planning and ensuring commissioning, including testing and troubleshooting of systems and post-commissioning technical support.
• Cooperation with customers, suppliers and stakeholders in their respective areas of responsibility at different stages of the projects.
