iLOQ is seeking a Backend Development Lead to join its Software organization in Oulu, Finland. This role involves guiding a team in building secure, reliable, and scalable backend services for iLOQ 5 Series+, a modern, cloud-based, AI-enabled software platform powering access management for buildings and large real estate complexes. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate team activities, ensure clear technical plans and predictable delivery, and participate in design and implementation of backend services and APIs. They will promote end-to-end ownership, including development, testing, releasing, monitoring, and maintaining services. The ideal candidate has strong professional experience in backend software development, hands-on experience with C# and .
