Design System Architect / Principal Design Engineer

Talentech is seeking a Design System Architect / Principal Design Engineer to lead the technical direction of their new design system, Duo, and drive adoption across the organization. This role involves working closely with the Design System Lead and Director of Product Design in Helsinki, as well as designers, engineers, architects, and product teams across the Nordics. The goal is to create a shared foundation that makes good, accessible, and consistent product development easier. The candidate should have strong experience with frontend architecture, design systems, or shared UI infrastructure, and be able to move comfortably between architecture and hands-on implementation.

Responsibilities
