Executive Director, Special and investigative youth work We are looking for an Executive Director to lead the Special and Investigative Youth Work Unit in the area of responsibility for targeted youth work in the City of Turku. The City of Turku now has five searching youth workers and four specialised youth workers.The core of the unit's work is to tap into the living environments of young people throughout the city.Youth work in Turku is part of a set of services for children and young people, which also includes early childhood education and schools. Special youth workers work with young people aged 10 to 17 who have symptoms of disruptive behaviour or who, for other reasons, require particularly strong, individual and parallel support and guidance.
