ICT Manager

We are looking for an experienced and development-oriented ICT Manager to join our growing technology and defence group. This role is responsible for managing, developing, and ensuring the continuity of the group's ICT activities. As the Head of Information Management, you will plan, implement, and develop the ICT strategy, ensuring technology solutions support business objectives effectively and securely. You will lead the ICT team, manage infrastructure, systems, and services, and provide procurement of ICT equipment and software. Your role will involve training and supporting staff, and participating in ICT problem-solving and close support.

What We Expect

The qualities, work ethics, and standards we expect to maintain a productive and respectful workplace are listed below:

• Applicable university degree.
• At least five years' experience in the management of information management or ICT activities.
• Experience in the management and development of ICT projects.
• Good understanding of infrastructure, security and user management solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft environments, SQL databases and M-Files.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
