ICT Service Manager

Insta is seeking an ICT Service Manager for their Tampere-based group-level team in Sarankulma. This role involves ensuring the functionality, development, and quality of ICT services across various industries, including defense, software consulting, and cyber security. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive service management, business-oriented process development, incident and change management, new service introduction coordination, budgeting, cost monitoring, stakeholder cooperation, and continuous improvement in a permanent, flexible hybrid model environment. Key requirements include previous experience in similar roles, proficiency in English, and knowledge of ITIL, project management, and service level agreements.
