Information Security Manager

Kreate Group Oyj is seeking an Information Security Manager to join our team in Vantaa, Finland. This role involves developing and strengthening Kreate's information security, combining strategic development with practical implementation. The successful candidate will influence how information security supports the daily lives of more than 900 infrastructure professionals, aligning with business goals and project success. Reporting to the Information Management Manager, the role requires collaboration with the IT team, business, and partners, ensuring information security is integrated into various projects and development projects.

What We Expect

• Several years of experience in information security tasks.
• Good knowledge of data security in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, for example Defender, Entra ID, Purview, and Sentinel.
• Experience in information security monitoring and partner cooperation.
• Understanding of data protection, GDPR, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational owner of the information security entity and combine strategic development with practical implementation.

• Develop information security operating models on a long-term basis and advance the information security development roadmap together with the organization's various stakeholders.
• Identify and assess information security risks and monitor the implementation of vulnerabilities and corrective measures.
• Strengthen the data security of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including the data security of identities and application registrations.
