IT Service Designer

HUS is seeking an IT service designer to join their Information Administration team in Helsinki, Finland. This role involves developing the customer feedback system for HUS's Customer Service and remote care services, coordinating maintenance, and improving the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate has a suitable university degree or college degree with relevant experience and knowledge of service design and user experience. They must be able to interact effectively with stakeholders and prioritize technical development needs.
