IT Service Director

Academic Work Finland Oy is seeking an IT Service Director to join their team in Hartola, Hollola, Orimattila. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of Kuusakoski's international IT infrastructure, cloud services, and information security solutions. The IT Service Director will work closely with business units and external partners to ensure that the systems support the critical processes of the recycling and circular economy business reliably and safely. They will manage, optimize, and continuously develop Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune environments, as well as maintain Active Directory and Windows Server environments, network and telecommunications environments, and IT service production and service providers.

What We Expect

• Appropriate IT education.
• At least a few years of experience in IT infrastructure, Microsoft environments.
• Or the management of IT services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Active Directory environments.

• Experience in directing IT service providers and monitoring service levels.
