IT Specialist

Staria Oyj is seeking an IT Specialist to join their dynamic team in Helsinki, Tampere, or Turku. As an IT Specialist, you will support Staria's growth by developing modern, cloud-based IT environments and ensuring operational reliability, information security, and efficient service delivery. With a competitive salary range of 4000-5000 €/month, this role offers the opportunity to work in a Microsoft-based environment, influence technical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement. The position combines cloud services, information security, terminal device management, problem solving, and project coordination. You will be part of a flexible hybrid work model that values face-to-face cooperation and regular team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure environments.
• Manage user identities, access rights, and Windows and macOS terminals.
• Monitor and process information security alerts in Microsoft Sentinel, participate in the investigation of information security anomalies, and develop information security monitoring in cooperation with our SOC service partner.
• Solve demanding technical problems and act as an expert in complex support situations.
• Implement automations, changes, and continuous service improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of the environment.
