IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT support person at STEP-koulutus, Järvenpää, to strengthen our team. This role involves helping users with everyday challenges and ensuring smooth work operations. Tasks include installing and configuring operating systems, software, and hardware, as well as customer service tasks. Successful candidates should be interested in close support and have strong customer service skills. You will also learn about Windows operating systems and the Microsoft 365 environment. The position offers a permanent contract with salary determined according to collective agreement for administrative and support service personnel in the private education sector. A 6-month trial period is offered before accepting the position, and criminal record checks are required.
